Damselfly constructed from balsa wood and cold-bend hardwood.
I used automotive paint and an airbrush to capture the iridescent quality of the insect.
Cold-bend hardwood is specially processed to allow bending it into shape without special tools or procedures. I used the material for delicate components like the legs and antennae.
MiG-21 constructed from scrap metal using a MIG welder.
The wings are too far forward, but it otherwise captures the general shape.
